Yes. We require a minimum 20 percent non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance to be paid in six equal monthly installments. |

Newtrend Furniture delivers weekly on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. |

What time will the delivery truck arrive at my home? |

Customers can call Newtrend Furniture between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on their delivery day for a two to three hour window of arrival. Please allow extra time for inclement weather days. |

Can the delivery crew remove old furniture from my house? |
Answer: |
The delivery company charges a $20.00 fee for every 15 minutes of moving furniture within the home, or to the curb. This fee is payable directly to the drivers. |

We will accept cash or check on the day of delivery. Credit card payments must be arranges at least one day prior to delivery. |

What if I cancel my delivery after the furniture has been loaded onto the truck? |

A $69.00 (plus tax) charge will be assessed if a delivery is cancelled after the furniture has been loaded onto the truck. |

Customers can call Newtrend Furniture and place a service request. Our serviceman will contact you to schedule an appointment at your home for inspection repair or replacement. Severely damaged furniture can be refused and returned to the store for inspection, repair, or replacement. |

Stock orders can be canceled for a full refund within 30 days of the sale if canceled before delivery. Customers that cancel special orders or layaway items will be charged a restocking fee. |
