Sales Professional / Interior Designer

We intend to grow with experienced, creative and organized full or part-time professional candidate for our Sales & Interior Design Department.  Applicants must be detail oriented and independently motivated.  They will have a successful sales background or one which demonstrates their ability and confidence to quickly become a valued member of our team.

Job Requirements and Summary Overview:

• Sell high quality home furnishings
• Assist customers with floor plan and room designs including style, color, placement, fabric and finish colors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist in store merchandising
• Maintain showroom presentation and supplier sales aids
• Open and close store
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Competitive sales commission and bonus plan

The candidate will be involved with customers in a courteous, efficient and knowledgeable manner by greeting, asking questions, finding solutions, and ultimately providing our customers with a shopping experience that consistently exceeds their expectations.  

Compensation Description: Commission with draw and bonus.
